1. Drink more water: We know you have heard this so many times but we can’t say it enough. Make a conscious effort to increase your water intake this week. It has so many health benefits that you wouldn’t want to miss out on.
2. Get some exercise: If exercises are not part of your routine, you could try to do like 20 minutes of workout every other morning. Start small.
3. Stand more, sit less: As easy as this sounds, it can be difficult. Once you get to work and get behind your computer screens, it gets really difficult to stand. Try shifting your work base to a standing desk or making a conscious effort to work around every hour or two.
4. Regulate your sleeping habits: Sleeping at the same time and waking up the same time everyday can help you get a better night’s sleep and also prevent you from getting tired during the day.
